  3. Russian Twists

    • How to do it: Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat. Lean back slightly and hold a weight or a medicine ball with both hands. Twist your torso to the right, then to the left, while keeping your core engaged.

  4. Leg Raises

    • How to do it: Lie flat on your back with your legs straight. Place your hands under your glutes for support. Keeping your legs straight, lift them toward the ceiling, then slowly lower them back down without touching the floor.

  5. Dead Bug

    • How to do it: Lie on your back with your arms extended toward the ceiling and your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Slowly lower your right arm and left leg toward the floor, keeping your lower back pressed into the ground. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

    • Benefits: The dead bug exercise helps improve coordination and core stability.
